You Can Reach The Nations Like Amanda Does…From Home!

(From Crescent Project, crescentproject.org). Amanda is a stay-at-home mom of four in rural South Dakota. From a young age she felt a deep love for the nations and longed to see the least-reached experience the hope of the gospel. She always imagined that one day she might go overseas.

Today, she is serving the nations—but from her kitchen table.

Each week, Amanda meets with Fatima, a woman living in Jordan, over a simple video call. They read a Bible story together, ask honest questions, and talk about who Jesus is. Fatima hasn’t trusted Christ yet, but her curiosity is growing, and Amanda is praying expectantly for the day she does.

This friendship exists because of Crescent Project’s Embassy ministry. Through Embassy, we train and mobilize everyday Christians—people just like Amanda—into one-on-one, real-time relationships with Muslims around the world who are spiritually seeking.

The Crescent Project is a wonderful Christian outreach ministry to Muslims around the world, and it was started by a former Muslim. After he came to Christ here in America, he realized that few if any Christians ever reached out to him, and he wanted to help Christians “get the word out” to Ishmael’s children.
